How it works
Privacy first. Names, national ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers and bank details are masked on our side before any text is processed by AI.
Strict, plain-language explanations. Every official letter is explained in simple Turkish under fixed rules: say only what the letter says, never invent deadlines, amounts or penalties, flag uncertainty, and label urgency green / yellow / red. Letters mentioning enforcement, lawsuits or fines are always referred to an accountant or lawyer.
Reviews the owner controls. With the owner's permission we summarise their own Google reviews each month and draft replies that are posted only after the owner approves them.
