This page explains, in plain language, how Esnaf Cep handles your data.
What we receive
- Messages and document photos you send us via WhatsApp or email.
- If you use the review assistant, the reviews on the Google Business Profile you authorise.
- Your phone number or email address, so we can reply.
What we use it for
Only for the job you asked for: explaining a letter, summarising your reviews, drafting replies. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Personal data is masked
Names, national ID numbers and addresses in documents are masked before the text is sent to the AI model.
Services we use
We work with an AI provider based outside Türkiye to read letters and reviews, so masked text may be processed on servers outside Türkiye. For the review assistant we use Google's official Business Profile connection, only with your consent.
Retention and deletion
We aim to keep data no longer than needed. To have your data deleted, just write to us.
